These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FactSnacks mobile application ("App") provided by GetFactSnacks.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use the App

You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.

2. Account Registration

To use FactSnacks, you may register via email or your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the App

FactSnacks allows users to:

Answer true or false questions
View answers and performance statistics

All content is created and maintained by us. Users may not upload or submit their own questions or content at this time.

4. Geographic Location

The App is intended for use by residents of the United States only. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Interfere with the operation or security of the App
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to FactSnacks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by going to Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Disclaimer

FactSnacks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all content or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
